Do You Shoot Mostly Black And White Or Colour?
Colour. We can accommodate black and white if requested.
How Do You Handle Wet Weather?
Our cameras are all weather sealed. There are a few things like drones etc which cannot work in the rain but we can adapt to any condition!
What Information Do You Require From Us Before The Big Day?
We’ll go through a more formal briefing to make sure we capture everything you want for your big day!
Do You Do Destination Weddings?
Yes, travel expenses are to be covered by the client, however.
How Many Hours Do You Suggest We Put Aside For Wedding Photos?
4 hours minimum.
What If Our Wedding Ceremony Is I A Different Language?
Not a problem. We’ll cover certain key points in our briefing to ensure we get every shot correctly.
What Files Do I Get (RAW PNG JPEG?)
JPEG mostly. All RAW and other formats can be provided upon request.
How Long After The Wedding Will The Photographs Be Ready?
Usually, the first few for social and sharing are out within 24-48 hours. Full edits and photobooks etc can be a few weeks.
Are You Fully Insured?
Yes. Our parent company carries a 2mil policy.
What Equipment Do You Use?
We’re a canon shop. We have two canon R6 full-frame cameras and one Canon R5 full frame.
Do You Have Any Backup Equipment?
We run a three-camera rotation which gives us spares!
How Do I Reserve You For Our Wedding Date?
Get in touch with us. We can lock it in for you.
Can I Change/Alter My Booking Preferences Closing To The Date?
Within reason. All bookings need to be finalised at least a month out.
What Is The Cancellation Process?
Get in touch with us. One month out to avoid any cancellation fees and further fee structures from 72 hours and 24 hours.
What Are Your Payment Methods?
We accept bank deposits and credit card.
Do You Touch Up All The Images?
Depending on the packages, we’ll touch up some or all of the photos.
What If My Wedding Is At Night? How Do You Handle Shooting In Darker Environments?
The Canon R6 and lens we have are great in low light. We also have all the required LED lights and flash guns.
Do You Work With A Second Photographer?
Yes. We’re a two-shooter, three-camera operation.
Do We Get Copyright For The Images And Video?
We maintain full copyright to the photographs as the photographers. However, you will have “personal use” permission, which allows you to print and share the photographs as much as you like.
